She also teaches her healthy cooking and lifestyle classes at Whole Foods Markets, The Cook’s Warehouse, and Specialty Stores in Georgia. She conducts “Lunch & Learns” for corporate and small business wellness programs to have healthier, happier employees, businesses, and workplace environments.
